How to request accounts for

To gather the information needed to set up your account, please complete the form below.

Please enter the name and email address of the person or contact at Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) who requested that you onboard to Media Landing.

FOR QC VENDORS:
What is the distribution list or group email that we should notify when new files are ready for your review?

Enter the name of a team member we can contact for changes to users, upcoming maintenance windows on Media Landing, as well as announcements related to new features on the platform.

Enter the name(s) and email addresse(s) of the operators that will need to access Media Landing.

The Media Landing support team will receive this information and begin to work on your request. Most requests will be completed within two weeks.

Each user who has requested access to Media Landing will receive an account activation email from Okta identify management. On your email client, please whitelist and .

Upon receiving an account activation email, please immediately log in to Media Landing via Okta and ensure that any other users entered in the Account Request Form have also logged in. The invitation for your Okta account will expire 5 days after receiving the activation email. Please note that reauthorizing a user’s account after the 5-day window is both time-consuming and will delay the user gaining access to Media Landing.
