To gather the information needed to set up your account, please complete the form below.
The Media Landing support team will receive this information and begin to work on your request. Most requests will be completed within two weeks.
Each user who has requested access to Media Landing will receive an account activation email from Okta identify management. On your email client, please whitelist noreply@okta.com and Media_Landing_Help@spe.sony.com.
Upon receiving an account activation email, please immediately log in to Media Landing via Okta and ensure that any other users entered in the Account Request Form have also logged in. The invitation for your Okta account will expire 5 days after receiving the activation email. Please note that reauthorizing a user’s account after the 5-day window is both time-consuming and will delay the user gaining access to Media Landing.
